I’m just a beginner in Taiji, therefore the only objective of this blog is to collect my notes about my personnal practice and understanding of Taijiquan.
I’ll use this blog keep tracks of my reflexion about Taiji, my learning experience, and anything I could find relevant to it.
I started practicing Yang form in 2006 in Montreal, QC. My objectives at that time were not clearly defined, I was not really expecting anything special from my first training. The thing is : I jost loved it.
So I continue practicing, as often as I can, I read a lot on the internet, and I am currently looking for some good books to learn from (not the forms but more the philosophy and theory behind it).
The more I practice, the more I like it, the more I read the more I want to learn…
Now I am practicing both the Chen and the Yang form. That’s a challenge to learn them both, I’ll need more than my life time to be really good at it, but I will continue anyway
